It’s a dangerous ‘n slippery slope . . . . There is now a clear disconnect between stock markets and the true economy. Yet. investor caution is again waning. Investors are definitely influenced by market momentum and the ongoing U.S. Federal Reserve safety net. But the reality is; it’s already been more than fourteen (14) years since financial markets cannot stand on-their-own-two-feet without central bank support. EQUITY MARKETS HAVE BEEN SUPPORTED ARTIFICIALLY BY CENTRAL BANKS NOW FOR MORE THAN (14) YEARS. In other words, financial debt markets have been artificially controlled and highly manipulated by policy makers. Realize you are saying; This is not a surprise, we know that. But is central bank control waning?

An interesting survey suggests nearly 80% of investors know equities are highly overvalued, but risk appetite is again nonetheless surging.
